In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the free movement of personal data and the processing of such data, Law no. 506/2004 regarding the protection of privacy and the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, Apolodor Dental Clinic will manage personal and non-personal data provided by Users in full safety and strictly for the purposes specified below. Users understand and accept that all personal and non-personal data they provide to Apolodor Dental Clinic are processed to ensure optimal online services, statistics, and the provision of goods and services.

Apolodor Dental Clinic has the right to modify any of the provisions expressed in the Terms and Conditions or the entire Terms and Conditions at any time, in any manner, without prior notice and without being obligated to fulfill any other formalities to Users. Any modification will be considered as fully accepted, entirely, and unconditionally by any User by using or accessing any facility provided by this Site or by the Service, or by accessing the website after the modification(s) have taken place. The non-acceptance of any modification automatically obliges the User to immediately stop accessing the website and using the Service in any way.
